Student Services

North Balga Primary School

North Balga Primary is committed to identifying students at risk and addressing their needs as early as possible, to ensure that every student achieves their full potential.

We have a dedicated team who are committed to support the social, emotional and academic needs of North Balga Primary School students and their families. The team provide a high level of support to staff and families to identify and referral pathways and provide teaching and learning strategies. In addition, we help our community by providing support by means of food hampers, one on one support and connections with agencies with a likeminded vision of Creating a Brighter Future For All.

School Chaplain

School chaplains contribute towards creating positive, supportive cultures within public school communities across Western Australia.

Our chaplain, Sam Dix, is employed two days a week through our partnership with YouthCARE, WA’s leading provider of pastoral care and values education programs. Chaplains assist in caring for the social, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing of students, families and staff within the public-school community. The support the chaplain offers is open to all students and families within our multicultural school community, irrespective of faith or beliefs.
